Iko Design Studio started working with Tameed in 2020 and has been their design partner ever since. We have worked together to build trade finance solutions in Saudi Arabia that comply with Sharia finance laws and principles. We have been through multiple iterations of product development for web and mobile apps that provide investment opportunities, financing of purchase orders, expense cards and B2B early payment facilities.

Tameed engaged Iko Design Studio to uplift their current platform design to improve the user experience. We carried this out in very tight timescales over 1 - 2 weeks, which gave Tameed the time required to make the suggested changes before launch.
Since then, we have continued to push the product forward and designed new experiences for the web platform and mobile application.
One of the challenges we initially faced when working with Tameed was designing for both English and Arabic with right-to-left support. This challenge led us to develop tools and techniques to support RTL design.
We built our design engine to support RTL, which makes it possible to switch between the different language layouts. We enhanced our capabilities across all client projects by implementing our design engine, which has developed through many iterations of projects.
The result is a platform used by institutional and retail investors, SMEs and Merchants that offers financing and investment products fully compliant with Sharia law.
We continue to support Tameed with all of their design needs, which is a prime example of how Iko Design Studio build healthy and long-lasting partnerships with our clients.
